| 摘 要： | 目的分析急性氨中毒致肺部损伤的X线及CT表现。方法对11例急性氨中毒致肺部损伤病例的胸部X线及CT表现进行分析,并进行约8月随访观察。结果 11例早期损伤表现为肺纹理增多、小叶性肺炎、肺气肿、肺水肿等改变;3例晚期出现慢性支气管炎、肺间质纤维化、肺大泡及肺心病等改变。结论重症急性氨中毒的肺部损伤是不可逆转的损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the X-ray and CT signs of lung injury in acute ammonia poisoning.Methods The X-ray and CT features of lung in 11 cases of ammonia poisoning were analyzed and all patients were followed up for eight months.Results The X-ray signs of lung in early stage of ammonia poisoning in 11 cases included increased lung markings,lobular pneumonia,pulmonary emphysema and pneumonedema.The X-ray signs of lung in advanced stage of ammonia poisoning in 3 cases included chronic bronchitis,pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,pulmonary bullae and pulmonary heart disease.Conclusions Lung injury caused by severe acute ammonia poisoning is irreversible. |
