| 摘 要： | 目的评价甲孕酮对乳腺癌患者化疗期间生活质量的影响.方法对62例住院化疗的乳腺癌患者随机分为甲孕酮(MPA)组和对照组(服淀粉片),根据KPS评分进行双盲回顾性分析.结果MPA组综合指数KPS评分(86.7%)较对照组(33.3%)明显提高(p＜0.01);伴有骨转移的晚期患者癌痛缓解率,治疗组为83.3%,对照组为50%.结论甲孕酮可显著改善乳腺癌患者化疗期间的生活质量.
