根管再治疗原因的临床分析

目的：对根管再治疗患牙的原因进行临床分析。方法：对122例需根管再治疗的患牙进行临床和X线片检查。结果：根管再治疗患牙中磨牙、前磨牙和前牙各占60％、27％和13％；出现疼痛症状占56％，冠渗漏占25％。82％根尖出现阴影或阴影较以前增大；根管欠充、超充、遗漏的比例分别为71％、9％和56％。结论：根管治疗成功率有待进一步提高。

Clinical Analysis on the Cause of the Endodontic Retreatments

Objective: To analyze the cause of the endodontic retreatments clinically.Methods:122 retreatment cases were conducted to determine radiographic and clinical factors associated with endodontic retreatments.Results:The ratios of molars, premoars and anterior in retreatment cases were 60%, 27% and 13% respectively. Associated pain was 56%. Evidence of coronal leakage was noted in 25% of the retreatment teeth. There were 101 instances of the presence or enlargement of a radiographic periradicular lesion. The rates of unfilled, overfilled teeth and untreated canal space were 71%, 7% and 56% respectively.Conclusion:Recommendation were made that might improve the rate of clinical success.
