| 摘 要： | 目的：观察美施康定不同给药途径对癌性疼痛的镇痛效果及其副作用。方法：46例经病理确诊的癌痛病人随机分为两组，A组经直肠给药，B组口服给药。均采用美施康定30mg，每12h给药一次。结果：A、B组疼痛明显缓解率分别为82．6％、91．3％，经统计学处理其疗效及副作用无明显差异。结论：美施康定直肠给药是癌痛病人安全、有效、简便的给药途径。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effects of different ways on cancerous pain and their adverse reactions.Methods:Fourty six patients with cancerous pain diagnosed by pathology were divided into two groups randomly,group A and group B.The patients in group A were given mscontin through rectum and patients in group B by mouth.Each patient used 30 mg,every 12 hours,twice a day.Results:The CR+PR in the two groups were 82 6% and 91 3% respectively.After handled by statistics,there was no obvious difference between and their effects and adverse reactions in the treatment of cancerous pain .Conclusion:Giving mscontion through rectum was a safe,effective and easy way to treat cancerous pain. |
