| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨重度良性前列腺增生（BPH）的有效治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析我院自2000年4月至2008年3月间,对318例重度良性前列腺增生患者,采用经尿道前列腺气化术（TUVP）加经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗的效果.结果 全部患者手术均获成功,均安全度过围手术期,无大出血及尿失禁等严重并发症.术后随访6～24个月,国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）从术前平均29.7分降至术后9.1分.结论 TUVP加TURP联合治疗兼有两者优点,是治疗重度BPH的有效方法.
