| 摘 要： | 目的：为提高实习学生的临床思维能力，提高教学质量，在儿科学实习教学中采用PBL教学方法。方法：上海中医药大学本科班共92人，随机分为PBL组50人，传统教学组42人。PBL组进行PBL教学。两组分别进行出科考试，PBL组进行问卷调查。结果：PBL组考试成绩明显高于传统教学组，多数同学认为PBL教学可以提高临床思维能力、自学能力和学习兴趣。结论：在儿科临床实习中应用PBL教学是有意义的探索。
