脂肝消治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床观察

[目的]观察脂肝消治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效.[方法]非酒精性脂肪肝患者130例,分为治疗组90例,对照组40例.治疗组每次予脂肝消汤剂150mL,2次/d,对照组服用东宝肝泰片3片/次,3次/d.[结果]治疗组临床总有效率为91.1%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较有显著性差异,治疗组改善临床症状右胁胀满或隐痛、倦怠乏力、纳呆等优于对照组,两组治疗前后丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)变化均有显著性差异.[结论]脂肝消是治疗非酒精性脂肪肝较理想的药物.

Clinical observation on non-alcoholic fatty liver treated by Zhiganxiao

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Zhiganxiao on non-alcoholic fatty liver.[Methods] One hundred and thirty patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group was administrated with 150 ml Zhiganxiao twice a day and the control group with Dongbaogantai tablets three times a day.[Results] Total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 91.1% and that of control group was 70.0%.There was significant difference between the two groups.The curative effect of treatment group was higher than that of control group on improving clinical symptoms.There were conspicuous differences about ALT,GGT,TC,TG between two groups before and after treatment.[Conclusions] Zhiganxiao is a ideal medicine to treat non-alcoholic fatty liver.
