舒利迭对支气管扩张伴气流受限的临床治疗效果分析

目的探讨舒利迭对支气管扩张伴气流受限的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院100例支气管扩张伴气流受限患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予舒利迭治疗。连续治疗30 d。观察两组患者治疗前和治疗后肺功能、6 min步行距离、呼吸困难评分改变情况。结果 观察组和对照组治疗后的FEV1(%)、6 min步行距离、呼吸困难评分分别与本组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的FEV1(%)、6 min步行距离、呼吸困难评分与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒利迭能够显著提高支气管扩张伴气流受限患者肺功能,治疗效果显著,值得借鉴。

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Seretide on Patients Bronchiectasis with Airflow Limitation

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of seretide in treatment of bronchiectasis with airflow limitation. Methods 100 cases with bronchiectasis and patients with airlfow limitation were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional treatment, seretide treatment was given to the observation group on the basis of conventional treatment..the course was 30 days. The pulmonary function, 6 minutes walking distance, dyspnea score changes was observed in two groups before and after treatment. Results FEV1（%）, 6 minutes walking distance, dyspnea scores in the observation group and the control group after treatment were compared with those before treatment in the group, the difference was statistically signiifcant（P〈0.05）; FEV1（%）, 6 minutes walking distance, breathing dififculties score in the observation group after treatment compared with those in the control group after treatment, there is statistically signiifcant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Seretide can improve the pulmonary function of patients with bronchiectasis and restricted airlfow, treatment effect is signiifcant .
