| 摘 要： | 目的观察联合应用氢氯噻嗪、呋塞米、多巴胺治疗利尿剂抵抗心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法对23例利尿剂抵抗心力衰竭患者联合应用氢氯噻嗪、呋塞米、多巴胺治疗。比较治疗前后症状、尿量、体质量、血清肌酐的变化。结果总有效率为87.0%。治疗后尿量显著增多（P〈0.05）、体质量显著下降（P〈0.05）、血清肌酐变化不明显（P〉0.05）。结论利尿剂抵抗心力衰竭患者联合应用氢氯噻嗪、呋塞米、多巴胺治疗可以有效改善临床症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of hydrochlorothiazide,frusemide,dopamine treated in diuretic resistance in heart failure. Methods 23 cases patients with diuretic resistance in heart failure were given hydrochlorothiazide,frusemide,dopamine. Before and after the treatment,compared symptoms,urine,weight,and the changes in serum creatinine. Results The total effective rate was 87. 0%. After treatment,urine output increased significantly（ P 0. 05） ,body weight decreased significantly（ P 0. 05） ,serum creatinine did not change significantly（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Hydrochlorothiazide,frusemide,dopamine treated in diuretic resistance in heart failure can improve the clinical symptoms. |
