降纤酶联合奥扎格雷钠窗外溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的探讨降纤酶联合奥扎格雷钠治疗窗外溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法将溶栓治疗窗外的急性脑梗死患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规综合治疗,观察组在常规综合治疗基础上给予降纤酶联合奥扎格雷钠溶栓治疗,评估2组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为92.5%高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分均低于治疗前（P〈0.05）,且观察组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论降纤酶联合奥扎格雷钠窗外溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果明确,不良反应少,值得临床应用。

The effect observation of defibrase combined sodium ozagrel in acute cerebral infarction beyond therapeutic window

Objective To investigate the thrombolysis effect of defibrase combined sodium ozagrel in treating with acute cerebral infarction beyond therapeutic window. Methods 80 cases patients with acute cerebral infarction beyond therapeutic window were divided into the observe group and the control group,each of 40 cases. Two group received the normal treatment,and the observe group received the thrombolysis treatment of defibrase and sodium ozagrel. Results The total effective rate in observe group（ 92. 5% ） was higher than that in control group（ 75. 0% ） ,and there had significant difference（ P 0. 05）. The neurologic impairment scores in two groups after treatment were lower than that before treatment（ P 0. 05）. The neurologic impairment scores in observe group after treatment were lower than that in control group（ P 0. 05）. There was no significant difference on adverse reaction in the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The thrombolysis effect of defibrase combined sodium ozagrel in acute cerebral infarction beyond therapeutic window is obvious and has few adverse reaction.
