血糖和血白细胞变化在急性心脑血管疾病中的临床意义

目的和方法:通过检测急性心脑血管疾病患者血糖和外周血白细胞,观察血糖和外周血白细胞在急性心脑血管疾病发病时的变化及其临床意义。结果:①病变较重、并发症多与病变较轻、并发症少的心脑血管疾病患者相比较,急性发作时,白细胞总数(13.73±3.2)109/L,中性粒细胞分类的百分比均明显升高(83.88±6.47)%;②2组血糖水平也有显著差异;③2组患者发病时血压均明显升高,心率也有增加的表现。但不管是收缩压还是舒张压,2组均无显著差别;但心率水平却有显著性差异,2组分别为(98.21±26.95)次/min和(82.95±14.74)次/min;④2组患者病情稳定的时间也有显著的差别。结论:急性心脑血管疾病发病时,血糖及外周血白细胞的变化与患者的病情轻重和病情稳定时间有关。

Clinical significance of serum glucose and leukocyte count changes in acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

Objective and Methods：To evaluate the alteration and significance of serum glucose and leukocyte count in acute phase of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Result：①Leukocyte count and the percent of neutrophil increase significantly in patients with severe condition and more complications.（13.73±3.2）109/L vs（8.33±1.98）109/L,（83.88±6.47）% vs（60.1±9.73）%;②The difference of serum glucose is also significant between the two groups.（9.40±2.68）mmol/L vs（6.86±1.75）mmol/L;③There were no difference for systolic blood pressure（SBP）and dilated blood pressure（DBP）between the two groups.However,heart rate（HR）increases significantly in patients with more complications.（98.21±26.95）bpm vs（82.95±14.74）bpm;④Recover time in patients with more complications is longer than the other group.Conclusion：The changes of serum glucose and leukocyte count is associated with the severity and prognosis of the acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
