急救绿色通道在严重多发伤救治中的作用

目的:探讨绿色通道急救模式在严重多发伤救治中的作用和意义。方法:回顾性分析2006年6月-2009年6月以绿色通道急救模式救治的120例多发伤患者的效果,并与2003年6月—2006年5月收治的106例非绿色通道组患者的救治效果进行比较。结果:2组患者在性别、年龄、致伤原因、ISS及伤后至入院时间等指标差异无统计学意义(P0.05);绿色通道组死亡率(4.2%)明显低于对照组死亡率(13.2%)(P0.05);绿色通道组在急诊室滞留时间、特殊检查时间、出急诊室至手术室时间及入院至手术时间均较对照组明显缩短(均P0.01)。结论:绿色通道急救模式缩短了严重多发伤患者的救治时间,降低了死亡率,提高了抢救成功率,是一种值得推广的急救模式。

Role of first-aid fast track in treatment of severe multiple trauma patients

Objective：To explore the effects and significance of first-aid fast track in the treatment of severe multiple trauma.Method：A retrospective study was maked on 120trauma patients（fast track group）treated by means of first-aid fast track from June 2006to June 2009to observe the effect of first-aid fast track.Another 106 trauma patients treated from June 2003to May 2006were used as control group.Result：There was no statistical difference in aspects of sex,age,injury mechanism,ISS and pre-hospital time in both groups（P0.05）.Fast track group mortality rate（4.2%）was significantly lower than the control group mortality rate（13.2%）（P0.05）; Compared with the control group,there was shorter time in emergency room care,special examination,out of the emergency room to the operating room and interval from arrival to the hospital to the beginning of emergency operation in fast track group（P0.01）.Conclusion：First-aid fast track can shorten the time in treatment of severe multiple trauma,decrease the mortality rate,enhance success rate of treatment.Fast track is a first-aid model should be popularized.
