护理干预对广泛子宫切除术后尿潴留膀胱功能恢复的影响

目的探讨护理干预对广泛子宫切除术后膀胱功能恢复的影响。方法 65例宫颈癌广泛性子宫切除术后尿潴留患者随机分为观察组33例和对照组32例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予护理干预措施。观察2组拔出尿管后第1次排尿残余尿量、住院时间与临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.9%高于对照组的81.3%,拔出尿管后第1次排尿残余尿量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对广泛子宫切除术后膀胱功能障碍患者进行护理干预,能明显改善其膀胱功能,减少残余尿量,提高患者生活质量。

Influence of nursing intervention on recovery of bladder function of cases with urinary retention after radical hysterectomy

Objective To observe the influence of nursing intervention on recovery of bladder function of cases with urinary retention after radical hysterectomy. Methods 65 cases with urinary retention after radical hysterectomy for treatment of cervical cancer were randomly divided into observation group of 33 and control group of 32. The control group received traditional nursing care,while the observation group based on the control group received nursing intervention. Residual urine volume （ RUV） of the first urination after pulled out the catheter,length of stay and clinical efficacy of 2 groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 9% higher than 81. 3% of the control group; RUV of the first urination after pulled out the catheter of the observation group was less than that of the control group; Length of stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. All the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Giving nursing intervention to radical hysterectomy patients with ladder dysfunction can significantly improve bladder function and reduce RUV,which can improve their life quality.
