腹腔镜子宫肌瘤“开矿术”130例分析

目的研究腹腔镜子宫肌瘤＂开矿术＂的临床应用价值,探讨其术式可行性。方法选择同期行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术256例患者,随机分成2组,对照组126例行传统腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术,治疗组130例行经腹腔镜子宫肌瘤＂开矿术＂,比较2组手术时间、术中出血、住院时间及不良反应等。结果治疗组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤＂开矿术＂手术时间明显缩短,术中出血明显减少,减少了特殊器械的使用,值得临床推广。

The analysis of uterine fibroids "mining operation" by laparoscope:on 130 cases report

Objective To study the clinical value of uterine fibroids＂mining operation＂by laparoscope,and discuss the feasibility of surgical procedures.Methods 256 cases patients with the same period of myomectomy were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group（126 cases） were given conventional laparoscopic myomectomy,the treatment group（130 cases） were given laparoscopic uterine fibroids＂mining operation＂.Compared the operation time,blood loss,hospital stay,and adverse reactions of two groups.Results The operation time of treatment group was shorter than that of control group,blood loss was less than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05） .Compared the rate of adverse reactions of two groups,the difference was not significant（P 0.05） .Conclusion The operation time of uterine fibroids＂mining operation＂by laparoscopic significantly is shorter,blood loss decrease significantly,reduce the use of special equipment,is worthy of promotion.
