硫酸镁与乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液配伍稳定性分析

摘    要:目的观察硫酸镁与乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液配伍的稳定性。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定配伍溶液中乳酸左氧氟沙星在不同时间点的含量,并观察配伍溶液的颜色、澄明度及测定pH值。结果 2种注射液按不同比例配伍后在室温下放置12h内的颜色、pH值、澄明度、乳酸左氧氟沙星含量等几项指标均无明显变化。结论硫酸镁与乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液配伍稳定,用HPLC法测定配伍溶液中乳酸左氧氟沙星含量不受溶液中镁离子影响,且与镁离子浓度高低无关。

Abstract:Objective To observe the stability of magnesium sulfate injection in levofloxacin lactate injection.Methods By high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),determined the content of levofloxacin lactate in mixture solution at different time points.And observed the color,clarity and pH value of mixture solution.Results There were no significant changes in the color,pH value,clarity,content of levofloxacin lactate of the mixture solution within 12h at room temperature.Conclusion Magnesium sulfate injection in levofloxacin lactate injection is stable,determining levofloxacin lactate by HPLC is not affected by magnesium ions in the mixture,and has nothing to do with the concentration of magnesium ion.
