药品不良反应240例报告分析

目的了解该院药物不良反应（ADR）发生的临床特点,为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。方法对该院2009年1月-2009年12月收集到的240例药品不良反应报告进行回顾性分析。结果 240例药品不良反应报告中男女之比1∶1.0339,60岁以上老年患者发生率较多,占30.00%;其中抗感染药物占首位（70.83%）,静脉给药方式为主要途经（76.25%）;临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最常见（66.25%）。新的不良反应19例,其中严重的1例;严重的不良反应14例。结论应加强ADR的监测和ADR知识的宣传,避免或减少其重复发生,对新的、严重的不良反应应引起重视。

Analysis of adverse drug reactions:on 240 cases report

Objective To investigate the features and general pattern of the adverse drug reaction（ ADR） ,and provide references of clinical rational and safety use of drug. Methods 240 ADR cases collected in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results 240 ADR cases of the report the ration of made to female were 1∶ 1. 0339,over 60 orderly patients was more than 30% ; Anti-infective drug occupied the first position（ 70. 83% ） ,the main route of administration was by intravenous drip（ 76. 25% ） ; The ADR were chiefly characterized by the luscious of skin and appendages（ 66. 25% ）. The new reaction number was 19 cases. Among these,there was one serious reaction. Serious reaction of the patient was 14 cases. Conclusion The monitoring and knowledge of ADR can be strengthened and avoid or reduce the recurrence. We will pay attention to the new or serious ADR.
