中心静脉导管留置微创法治疗胸腔积液疗效观察

目的观察中心静脉导管留置微创法治疗胸腔积液的疗效及并发症。方法将120例胸腔积液患者随机分成2组,A组60例采用中心静脉导管留置微创法治疗;B组60例采用微创的外科手术方法来放置闭式引流管。观察2组主观症状明显缓解率、胸腔积液充分引流率、住院时间、并发症发生率。结果 2组主观症状明显缓解率及胸腔积液充分引流率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;2组住院时间及并发症发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中心静脉导管留置微创法治疗胸腔积液疗效确切,操作简单方便,并发症少,值得临床推广。

The effect observation of central vein catheter minimally invasive in pleural effusion

Objective To observe the effect and the complications of central vein catheter minimally invasive in pleu-ral effusion. Methods 120 cases patients with pleural effusion were divided into group A and group B. Group A（ 60 cases） accepted the treatment of central vein catheter; While group B（ 60 cases） accepted the treatment of minimally invasive surgical procedures to place the drainage tube. Observed the following indicators：the remission rate of subjective symptoms,the complete drainage rate,the length of hospital stay and the rate of complications. Results Group A was no different from group B on the subjective symptoms and the complete drainage rate（ P 0. 05）. While the length of hospital stay in group A was shorter than that in group B,and the rate of complications in group A was less than that in group B（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Central vein catheter minimally invasive in pleural effusion is a safe and useful method with little complications,and it is worth promoting.
