米索前列醇联合钙剂防治剖宫产产后出血的疗效观察

目的观察米索前列醇联合钙剂防治剖宫产产后出血的治疗效果。方法 118剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,各58例。观察组给予米索前列醇联合钙剂预防产后出血,对照组给予缩宫素。观察2组术中和术后2、24h出血量和产后出血发生率及新生儿出生后1min Apgar评分。结果观察组术中和术后2、24h出血量均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组新生儿Apgar评分和产后出血发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论米索前列醇联合钙剂防治剖宫产产后出血对促进子宫收缩具有协同作用,具有方便、安全、高效地预防剖宫产后出血的作用。

Clinical observation of misoprostol combined with calcium prevented postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To observe clinical effect of misoprostol combined with calcium prevented postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 118 cases patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,58 cases of each.The control group was given misoprostol combined with calcium for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage,the control group was given oxytocin.Observed two groups of blood loss of during operation and 2,24h after operation,and also observed incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,newborn after birth 1min Apgar score.Results Blood loss of during and after operation for 2,24h in observation group were less than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05） .The newborn Apgar score and incidence of postpartum hemorrhage of two groups were no significant differences（P 0.05） .Conclusion Misoprostol combined with calcium controled postpartum bleeding with uterine contraction has synergistic action,with convenient,safe and efficient role in prevention of bleeding after cesarean section.
