门诊导诊护士分层次职业化培训方法及效果探讨

摘    要:目的探讨门诊导诊护士分层次职业化培训方法。方法制定以职业道德、业务技能、职业礼仪及人文学科等几个模块的理论培训和实践代教相结合的课程设置;按比例合理分配课时,按工作年限分层次、分批次培训;并制定培训考试考核机制与问卷相结合的培训方法。结果培训后,学员分诊预诊知识、沟通技能和急救技能的考核得分较培训前有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。门诊患者满意度、带教老师及专家评估较培训前均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。护士职业道德和职业荣誉考核结果均优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论门诊导诊护士分层次职业化培训方法提高了导诊护士的培训效果,缩短了培训周期,提高了导诊护士和患者满意度。

Discuss the method of hierarchical vocational training in outpatient guidance nurse

Abstract:Objective To find out the method of hierarchical vocational training of outpatient guidance nurse.Methods Designed course included both practical tutoring and theoretical training modules such as professional ethics,etiquette,skills and humanities.Rational allocation of hours in proportion,by length of service at different levels,different training batches.The evaluation of the training method combined the exam mechanism and questionnaire surveys.Results After training,assessment scores of pre-diagnosis knowledge,communication skills and first aid skills were significantly improver than before training,the difference were statistically significant(P0.05).Out-patient satisfaction,teaching teacher and expert assessment were more improver than before training,the difference were statistically significant(P0.05).The examination results of nursing ethics and professional honors were higher than before training,the difference were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The new training method can improve training effect,shorten the training cycle and improve the degree of satisfaction of both guidance nurses and patients.
