药品不良反应报告165例分析

目的了解该院药物不良反应的基本情况,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法分析该院165例药物不良反应报告,对所涉及的药物品种进行分类整理。结果 165例不良反应中40岁以上患者占多数（55.2%）,女性多于男性,不良反应多发生于给药后30min内（68.2%）,共涉及12类66种药物,以静脉给药为主要用药途径的占总数的83.0%。由头孢菌素类药物和中药注射剂引起的不良反应排前2位（20.0%、10.9%）,临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害多见,较严重的不良反应有8例占总数的4.8%。结论该院抗感染药物和中药注射剂静脉用药引起的不良反应不容忽视,应按适应证选药,加强监护,以减少不良反应的发生。

Analysis of adverse drug reactions:on 165 cases report

Objective To understand the basic situation of adverse drug reactions,and provide reference for clinical medication safety.Methods Analysed 165 cases reports of hospital adverse drug reaction.Results In 165 cases reports of adverse drug reaction,patients over 40 years accounted for the majority（55.2%）,women was more than men,adverse reactions occurred within 30min after the administration（68.2%）,involved 12 categories of 66 drugs,the main route of administration was intravenous injection（83.0%）.Adverse reactions caused by anti-inflammatory drugs and Chinese medicine injection were 20.0% and 10.9%,skin and the attachment injuries were the most common,and there were 8 cases serious adverse reactions,accounting for 4.8%.Conclusion Adverse reactions caused by the anti-infective drugs and Chinese medicine intravenous injection in this hospital can not be ignored,should be selected according to the proposed indications and intensive care in order to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
