比索洛尔在老年慢性肺源性心脏病中的应用

目的观察比索洛尔对老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者症状、体征、心率、血压、肺功能、心功能、血糖、血脂的影响。方法选择老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者68例,在原有治疗基础上加用比索洛尔。用药期间观察临床症状、肺部啰音,用药前、用药后2周、用药后4周分别行动态血压、肺功能、超声心动图检查以及肝肾功能、血糖、血脂等指标。结果临床总有效率为82.4%。用药后2周、4周观察心率和血压均较用药前明显下降（P〈0.05）;且无明显不良反应。结论比索洛尔应用于慢性肺源性心脏病,疗效较好,且无明显不良反应,值得推广应用。

The application of bisoprolol in geriatric patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease

Objective To observe the influence of bisoprolol to geriatric patients on the chronic pulmonary heart disease symptom,the physical sign,the heart rate,the blood pressure,lung function,the heart function,the blood glucose and the blood fat.Methods 68 cases patients were given bisoprolol on the original treatment basis.Observed the clinical symptoms and pulmonary rates within the medication,as well as testing on ambulatory blood pressure,lung function,ultrasonic cardiogram,the liver and kidney function,blood glucose and blood fat before medication,after medication 2 and 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate was 82.4%.After medication 2 and 4 weeks,the heart rate and blood pressure were more decreases than before medication（P〈0.05）.And no obvious adverse reactions happened.Conclusion Bisoprolol can apply to the chronic pulmonary heart diseases in effectiveness and safety.
