成都地区无偿献血者血小板相关参数分布情况调查

目的调查成都地区无偿献血者血小板相关参数分布情况，为综合选择血小板相关参数、招募合适血小板献血者提供依据。方法用血细胞分析仪对无偿献血者抗凝血液标本在24h内测定血小板相关参数（PLT、MPV、PDW、PCT、LPCR）。结果成都地区献血者以18～29岁为主，占71．6％，5项参数性别差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），女性高于男性；30～39岁占20．6％，PLT、PDW、LPCR有性别差异（P〈0．05），女性高于男性；40～55岁占7．8％，PLT、PDW、LPCR有性别差异（P〈0．05），女性高于男性。对男性献血者5项参数中PLT、PDW、LPCR有明显影响的因素是脂质与素食饮食（P=0．038）和肥胖（BMI≥24kg／m^2）与消瘦（BMI％18．5kg／m^2）（P=0．036）；体力与脑力劳动对女性5项参数中（PLT）有显著影响（P=0．017），其他因素，如ABO血型、居住等，对献血者血小板相关参数无明显影响。结论成都地区献血者不同年龄段血小板相关参数分布情况差异有统计学意义，综合选择血小板相关参数对招募提供合格优质的血小板献血者具有重要意义。

Investigation of distribution about parameters of platelet of blood donors in Chengdu area

Objective To afford the basis of recruitment of platelet donors by mean of investigation of the distribution about five parameters of platelet in Chengdu area.Methods Five parameters (PLT, MPV, PDW, PCT and LPCR) of blood platelet of anticoagulated blood samples from blood donors without payment were examined by using the automated hematocyte analyzer during 24 hours.Results The main part of blood donors in Chengdu area was young donors at age of 18-29, accounting for 71.6%, and there were significant differences in five parameters between males and females. The five parameters of females were higher than those of males. The distribution rates of aged 30-39 group and 40-55 group were 71.6% and 20.6% respectively, and there were significant differences in PLT, PDW and LPCR between males and females (P<0.05). In males, the obvious affecting factors for PLT, PDW and LPCR were food (P=0.038) and BMI (P=0.036);but it was different for females. In females, the obvious affecting factor for PLT was labor character (physical labor or mental labor) (P=0.017). The other factors, such as ABO blood type, dwelling condition, had not obvious affection on five parameters of blood platelets.Conclusion There is statistical difference in five platelet-related parameters of platelet donors in different ages;it is important to recruit suitable platelet donors through combined examination of the five parameters.
