强的松龙治疗颞下颌关节骨关节病的实验研究

目的：评价强的松龙关节上腔注射对山羊颞下颌关节骨关节病的治疗效果。方法：将12只山羊的双侧颞下颌关节上腔一次性注射胶原酶诱导骨关节病变，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组6只，处死后对标本进行X线、组织学和扫描电镜观察，对治疗组疗效进行评价。结果：在光镜和扫描电镜下观察，对照组髁状突、关节盘、关节凹表现为骨关节病变化，治疗组表现出较对照组更严重的病理变化。结论：强的松龙关节上腔封闭能加重骨关节病的程度。

An animal experimental study of intra-articular injection of prednisolone for the treatment of temporomandibular joint osteoarthrosis

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of intra;articular injection of prednisolone for treatment of temporomandibular joint(TMJ)osteoarthrosis of goats. Methods: The upper compartments of both joints of 12 goats were injected with collagenase only once to induce osteoarthrosis.The 12 goats were devided into control group and experimental group, 6 goats in each group. The TMJ of goats was examined with radiograph, scanning electron microscopy and microscopy when sacrificed, and scored in a subjective manner following the standard criteria which was a modification of the method of Mankin et al and Yoshimi et al. Result: There was a significant difference between control group and experimental group, with experimental group having more severe change examined from scanning electron microscopy and histologic scores. Conclusion: Intra;articular injection of prednisolone will worsen for articular cartilage repairation.
