我国城市社区卫生服务机构基本药物目录研究

目的:对我国现已制订的社区卫生服务机构基本药物目录进行比较研究,并对如何科学合理地制订社区卫生服务机构基本药物目录的原则、方法等问题进行探讨。方法:排列图法、聚类分析方法等。结果:我国现有的社区卫生服务机构基本药物目录之间差异较大。结论:我国的社区卫生服务机构基本药物目录的制订需遵循以临床需求为导向、以常见病为重点、与社区卫生服务机构服务能力相适应并坚持及时更新目录等原则。

The Study of the Essential Medicine Lists of Community Health Service in Cities of China

Objective To compare the essential medicine lists of community health service which has been mapped out in china.And then discussing the principles and method on how to map out the essential medicine list in a scientific and rational way.Methods par-eto diagram,clustering analysis.Results There are many differences among the essential medicine lists of community health service in China.Conclusion When mapping the essenti-al list of community health service,we need to follow such principles and methods:Taking the clinical need as a direction,being consistent with the service ability of the community healt--h service and renewing the list in time.
