| 摘 要： | 目的:总结中西医结合治疗化脓性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法:对188例化脓性角膜炎患者,随机分成治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用中西医结合方法进行治疗,对照组单纯应用西药治疗。结果:通过临床观察、总结,经统计学处理P<0.05,有显著性差异。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:对化脓性角膜炎一旦经实验室确诊后,立即采取积极的治疗措施,早期积极治疗,可最大限度的保存患者的视力。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of treatment on suppurated keratitis by the therapy of Western medicine combined with Chinese medicine.Methods: Of the 188 cases with suppurated keratitis,the studied group was treated with the therapy of Western medicine combined with Chinese medicine and the opposite group were treated with Western medicine only.The clinical effectiveness was observed in two groups.Results: The observation shows that the curative effect of the studied group is better than it of the opposite group so far(P<(0.05)).Conclusion: When the suppurated keratitis is dignosed by the basis of experimentation,it should be treated correctly and promptly.So the eyesight of patient will be preserved in the most limit. |
