| 摘 要： | 目的:优选咽宁含片的水提取工艺条件。方法:没食子酸含量作为考察指标,以RP-HPLC法测定没食子酸含量,以加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为影响因素,选用L9(34)表进行正交实验。结果:优选工艺为加水量8倍,浸泡2h,煎煮3次,每次煎煮2h。结论:优选工艺提取的浸膏中没食子酸含量较高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To optimize the technology of water extraction for Yanning Buccal tablets.Methods:The content of gallic acid was determinated by HPLC as the marker of detectation.Water multiple,hours of soakage,hours of detoction,time of detoction were selected as influencing factors and table L_9(3~4)was used to do orthogonal design experiment.Results:The optimum technology of water extraction was that the medicinal materials was soaked for two hours with eight times of water and boiled three times,two hours for each time.Conclusion:The content of gallic acid obtained was much by the optimum technology. |
