新疆农村婴幼儿喂养情况及其影响因素分析

目的:了解新疆农村婴幼儿母乳喂养和辅食添加的现状,探讨其影响因素,找出存在问题,制定有针对性的干预措施。方法:在新疆北部和南部农村7个项目县采用按容量比例概率抽样法,对2 076例3岁以下婴幼儿的喂养情况及其影响因素进行了问卷调查。采用SPSS软件,用寿命表法处理喂养现状的删失数据,影响因素分析采用多因素Logistic回归。结果:4个月和6个月的纯母乳喂养率分别为5.9%和1.9%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,民族、母亲年龄、母亲教育程度和家中喝开水情况与4个月内纯母乳喂养有统计学关联。结论:新疆农村婴幼儿纯母乳喂养率很低,辅食添加不合理。应该针对现状,制定适宜措施,促进该地婴幼儿的合理喂养。

Study of the breast feeding and the influence factors in Xinjiang rural areas

Objective:To know the situation of breastfeeding of infants and the influence factors,to find the existing problems and bring forward the effective intervention measurements in Xinjiang rural areas.Methods:Probability proportional to size sampling was used in 7 projects counties in Xinjiang,and then totally 2 076 children who are under 3 years old were selected to investigate their feeding situation and influence factors by questionnaire.SPSS software was used to carry on the statistical analysis.Results:The rate of exclusive breastfeeding of infant less than four months and six months was 5.9% and 1.9% respectively.The analysis of logistic regression showed that race,age and the education of mother and the family watering had the significant relations to the rate of exclusive breastfeeding of infant less than four months.Conclusion:The rate of exclusive breastfeeding in Xinjiang rural areas is still low and complementary feeding is still unreasonable.The feasible measures should be set down aimed at current problems to promote the breastfeeding in Xinjiang rural areas.
