| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨皮肤扩张术在儿童整形外科中的应用方法，以扩大其应用范围，提高小儿整形外科的手术疗效。方法：在儿童整形外科手术中选用不同规格的国产皮肤软组织扩张器以扩张皮肤软组织，修复不同部位的组织缺损。结果：自1995年1月至2003年12月共应用扩张器94个，66例，成功87个，成功率93．6％，并发症发生率7.4％；结论：儿童整形手术中使用皮肤软组织扩张术能较好地提高手术修复效果，是值得推广的好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the method and the scope of the application of skin dilation in plastic surgery of children in order to enhance the efficacy of pediatric plastic surgery. Method: Different types of dilators produced in China were selected for the repair of tissue defects of different positions. Result: 94 dilators were used for the repair of 66 cases of tissue defects. The successful rate was 93.6%. The incidence of complications was 7.4%. Conclusion: Skin soft tissue dilation is a good method to be used in plastic surgery of children. It can enhance the successful rate in tissue repair and is worthy to be popularized. |
