| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨SARS期间应激状态下医学院校不同气质类型学生的心理健康状况 ,为有效开展心理健康教育及采取危机干预对策提供参考。方法 采用艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)和SCL - 90症状自评量表 ,对 40 7名医学生进行调查分析。结果 SCL - 90筛查学生心理问题阳性率为 60 .0 %;4种气质类型中抑郁质组各种心身症状最多 ,胆汁质组次之 ,且 2组学生SCL - 90各项评分均高于常模 (P <0 .0 5) ;粘液质组、多血质组SCL - 90大部分评分低于全国常模。结论 应激状态下 ,抑郁质组、胆汁质组学生更易产生心理问题。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate mental health of students with different traits of temperament in medical college under SARS stress, and to provide reference for mental health education and the interventions and preventions against stress. Methods Four hundred and seven medical students were tested with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90). Results The positive rate of psychological problems was 60.0%. The average scores of melancholic and choleric groups were higher than the scores of sanguine group, phlegmatic group and national normal of young group. Most scores of sanguine group and phlegmatic group were lower than national normal.Conclusion Mental problems are easy to be found among melancholic and choleric groups. |
