肉芽肿性乳腺炎诊治体会

肉芽肿性乳腺炎临床少见,发病原因不明。局部表现酷似炎性乳癌,易漏诊、误诊,确诊依赖病理。组织病理学:病变以乳腺小叶为中心,呈多灶性分布。一般局限在小叶内,主要由上皮细胞、多核巨细胞、淋巴细胞及中性粒细胞构成。本病的最佳治疗方法目前并不明确。难以完全排外乳腺癌时,应积极进行手术切除,既有利于明确诊断,又可以取得良好的治疗效果。

Experience in Diagnosis and Treatment of Granulomatous Mastitis

Granulomatous mastitis is rare in clinic. The aetiology is unclear. The local performance is similar with inflammatory breast cancer and is easy to misdiagnosis. The final diagnosis depends on histopa- thology. The histopathology shows that pathological changes consider the lobules of mammary gland as center, distribute as mulifocality, and are limited in folial, mainly comstructed with epithelial cell, multinucleated gi- ant cell,lymphocyte and neutrophil. The best treatment of the disease is still unclear. When the breast carcinoma are not precluded completely, exairesis should be carried out which will profit to diagonsis and gain better therapeutic efficacy.
