| 摘 要： | 研究颅内消瘀汤对脑出血颅内血肿吸收的影响。采用简单随机方法将 80例脑出血急性期患者分为治疗组 40例和对照组 40例 ,治疗组常规治疗加颅内消瘀汤 ,对照组常规治疗。结果 :治疗 4周后 ,治疗组颅内血肿吸收情况与对照组比较差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 )。治疗组神经功能恢复优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :颅内消瘀汤可加速脑出血颅内血肿的吸收 ,促进神经功能的恢复 ,提高临床疗效。

| Abstract: | To study the influence of Lu NeiXiao Yu Decoction on the absorption of encephalic hematoma in cerebral hemorrhage.80 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into therapeutic group and contrast group.Each group had 40 cases.The therapeutic group was given LuNeiXiao Yu Decoction besides normal treatment,while the contrast group was given normal treatment only.Result:The absorption of encephalic hematoma in therapeutic group has significant difference comparing with the contrast group after 4 weeks treatment (P<0.05).The neural function of therapeutic group recovered better than that of contrast group with significant difference(P<\{0.01).\}Conclusion:LuNeiXiao Yu Decoction can accelerate the absorption of encephalic hematoma in cerebral hemorrhage,improve neural function recovery,and enhance clinical therapeutic effects. |
