摘    要:目的:研究比较液电和电磁波源碎石机两种碎石治疗方式对肾功能的损害,对此两种碎石机碎石治疗可能存在的不同程度的肾功能损害进行评估.方法:对两组条件相近的肾结石患者分别进行液电、电磁波源碎石机碎行治疗,检测治疗前后尿酶(NAG、γ-GT)和尿β2-MG的排泄.并运用one-way analysis of variance utili-zing the Student-Newman-Keuls test进行统计分析.结果:两组患者ESWL后尿NAG、γ-GT均显著升高,7天左右恢复至治疗前水平;两组患者碎石后尿β2-MG显著升高,在第7天时有轻度升高,第15天降至正常,两种碎石机间所引起的尿酶、β2-MG升高的程度没有统计学筹异.结论:液电、电磁波源碎石机碎石治疗均能引起暂时性的急性肾功能损害,两者对肾功能的损害从尿酶的角度来看无显著的差异.

Abstract:Objective:To understand the difference between renal function damages of an electrohydraulic sys tern and an electromechanical device. To evaluate for the possible differences in the extent of renal function injury occurring following treatment with both electrohydraulic lithotripsy and electromechanical lithotripsy modalities. Methods:Two groups of patients with nephrolithiasis of the same situation were respectively accepted treatment of electrohydraulic system and electromechanical model. The short term effect of shock wave energy was studied by measuring urinary enzyme activity(NAG; γ-GT)and the excretion of β2-MG. All statistical analysis was performed by one-way analysis of variance utilizing the Student Newman-Keuls Test. Results:Sharply elevated both NAG and γ-GT are detected after ESWL, which returned to baseline by day 7. Both group of β2-MG are increased remarkably after ESWL. On day 7 only a slight elevation was noted. Exereation decreased to baseline by day 15. Conclusions:Both treatments of electrohydraulic system and electromechanical device may cause acute renal function effect. No significant differences were found in the degree of enzymuria produced between the two kinds of lithotripter.
