HBV前S1抗原与乙肝e系统及HBV DNA之间相关性探讨

目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原与乙肝e系统、HBV DNA之间的关系，评价其临床诊断意义。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测251例HBsAg阳性，61例HBsAg阴性的血清标本的前S1抗原，并和HBV DNA与HBV标志物检测结果作比较分析。结果HBsAg、HBeAg和Anti-HBc阳性者151例中．HBV DNA与前S1抗原的检出率分别为96．7％和87．4％，较好地反映病毒存在或复制情况；在HBsAg、Anti-HBe和Anti—HBc阳性者70例中，HBV DNA与前S1抗原的检出率分别为64．2％和58．6％，HBsAg和Anti-HBc阳性者30例，HBV DNA和前S1抗原的检出率分别为56．6％和30％，说明部分HBeAg阴性而Anti-HBe阳性或阴性患者仍存在着病毒复制。结论前S1抗原与HBeAg密切相关，前S1抗原检测可反映其体内HBV病毒的复制情况．具有一定的临床价值。

Discuss of the Relationship between Pre S1 Protein, the e-System of HBV and HBV DNA

Objective To discuss the relationship between Pre S1 protein , the e-System of HBV and HBV DNA, and evaluate their diagnoistic value. Method s Pre S1 protein was detected by ELISA in 251 HBsAg positive serum samples and 61 HBsAg negative serum samples. The results of the detections of Pre S1 protei n, HBV DNA and the HBV amrker were compared. Results In 151 HBsAg, HBeAg and An ti-HBc positive serum samples, the detection rate of HBV DNA and Pre S1 protein were 96.7% and 87.4% respectively. The result indicated the existing of HBV pari ticles and the replication of HBV. In 70 HBsAg, Anti-HBe and Anti-HBc positive s erum samples, the detetion rate of HBV DNA and Pre S1 protein were 64.2% and 58 .6% respectively. In 30 HBsAg and Anti-HBc positive serum samples, the detetion rate of HBV DNA and Pre S1 protein were 56.6% and 30% respectively. HBV was st ill replicating in some HBeAg negative and Anti-HBe positive or negative patien ts. Conclusion There was a close relationship between Pre S1 protein, and HBeAg . The detection of Pre S1 protein can indicate the replication status of HBV ins ide the body.
