摘    要:目的:优选冬虫夏草多糖脂质体口服液的制备工艺.方法:采用正交试验法考察提取时间、次数、加水体积和超声乳化时间4个因素,以冬虫夏草多糖含量和包封率为评价指标.结果:最佳制备工艺为A3B3C3D2,即加药材8倍量的水提取3次,每次3 h,超声乳化时间为15 min.结论:制剂稳定,测定方法重现性好.

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the preparation procedure for the cordyceps s in ensis Sacc polysaccharide liposomal oral liquid.Methods:The orthogonal design wa s used to study the four factors,including extraction time,extraction times,the amount of water added and emulsifiable time by ultrasound,taking the content of cordyceps sinensis Sacc polysaccharide and the entrapment efficiency as markers. Results:The optimum preparation process obtained was A3B3C3D3.Its emulsifiable t ime by ultrasound was 15 min.It was extracted by water 3 times,3 h for each time ,8 times in all the water was much as the midicine material.Conclusion:The prepa ration is stable.The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible.
