| 摘 要： | 利用镀银染色，免疫细胞化学法和透射电镜技术，对10例肺的神经内分泌瘤进行了观察。结果表明：8例镀银染色呈阳性，3例免疫细胞化学法呈阳性，透射电镜可见肿瘤细胞内有大量的致密核芯小泡，且线粒体，粗面内质网、游离核糖体丰富，比较三种方法，认为镀银染色可作为神经内分泌瘤的首选常规诊断方法。

| Abstract: | With silver stain,immunocytochemical and transmission electron microscopic tech-niques,ten specimens of neuroendocrine neoplasm of the lung were observed,The resultsshow that eight of them are postive with silver stain,and three are positive immunocy-tochemically.Under transmission electron microscope,numerous vesicles with dense core,rich mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum can be seen in tumor cells.After compar-ative study of the above three methods,it is suggested that silver stain is the method of firstchoice for routine diagnosis of neuroendocrine neoplasms. |
