中药喘通康配合治疗儿童哮喘发作期临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察中药喘通康对儿童(热型)哮喘发作期的影响。方法:哮喘发作期患儿60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用西药常规治疗,治疗组在用西药的基础上加用喘通康干预治疗,观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后尿白三烯E4(LTE4)变化,并与健康人组30例对照。结果:治疗组显效率、总有效率、起效时间等均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。尿LTE4:治疗、对照组患儿均高于健康人组,治疗组治疗后较对照组降低,但仍高于健康人组。结论:喘通康配合西药对热型哮喘有治疗作用,疗效优于单用西药的对照组。

Clinical Observation on Auxiliary Treatment of Children Asthma in Onset Stage by Chuantongkang

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of Chuantongkang (CTK), a Chinese herbal preparation, on onset stage of asthma in children. Methods: Sixty children patients in onset stage of asthma (Heat type) were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, 30 in each group, Both groups were treated with western conventional treatment, while the CTK intervention treatment was given additionally to the treated group. The clinical therapeutic effect and change of leukotriene E 4 (LTE 4) in urine before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. A healthy control group with 30 children was set up to make comparison. Results: The markedly effective rate, total effective rate and effect initiating time in the treated group were all better than those in the control group (all P<0 05). Urinary level of LTE 4 in both groups before treatment was higher than that in the healthy subjects, it was lower in the treated group than that in the control group after treatment, but still higher than that in the healthy control. Conclusion: CTK has therapeutic effect on asthma of Heat type in coordinating with western medicine, it shows a better result than that treated with western medicine alone.
