福州长乐国际机场登革热媒介种群密度调查

摘    要:目的 调查长乐国际机场登革热媒介种群密度,预防和控制登革热暴发流行。方法 于媒介密度高峰期9月份调查机场及其周围环境蚊虫种类与孳生习性,机场候机大楼等公共场所以千人指数、容器指数,其他场所主要应用布雷图指数、房屋指数和容器指数计算幼虫密度,以刺叮率(只/人工小时)计算成蚊密度。结果 共查获蚊虫4种143只,分别为白纹伊蚊、中华按蚊、三带喙库蚊和致倦库蚊。机场候机楼及其周围环境白纹伊蚊千人指数和容器指数均为0。周边附属设施修理厂、宿舍区、食品厂、货运站、酒店等白纹伊蚊的布雷图指数分别为0.00、4.11、7.55、25.81、33.33,邻近居民点大鹤村白纹伊蚊的布雷图指数高达67.92。候机楼未捕获白纹伊蚊。宿舍区、食品厂和大鹤村白纹伊蚊成蚊刺叮率分别为0.22、0.33和6.22只/人工小时。当地白纹伊蚊主要孳生环境为旧缸罐和桶类积水,分别占阳性容器的62.50%和23.86%。结论 机场周边环境普遍发现登革热媒介白纹伊蚊,毗邻居民点白纹伊蚊种群密度较高,清除机场周边环境白纹伊蚊孳生地是防止登革热暴发流行的根本措施。

Abstract:Objective By investigating population density and breeding characters of Dengue vectors in Fuzhou Changle International Airport to prevent and control Dengue fever. Methods The species and breeding characters of vectors were investigated in September , 2004 , the density of the larva was calculated by Breteau index,thousand-person index and container index. While the biting rate index was used to calculate density of the adult. Results Aedes albopictus was the dominant species,the Airport waiting hall has 0.00 of thousand-person index and container index. In other airport regions such as the aviation repair plant, food-plant,the dormitories region, the restaurant, the goods-station Breteau index were 0.00,7.55,4. 11,33.33,25.81 respectively,the Dahe village closest to the airport was 67.92. There were five kinds small container being main breeding place of Aedes albopictus, such as a large number old jars and crocks in Airport as well as in the village. The biting rate for Aedes albopictus were 0.33 and 6.22/h. m in the aviation food-plant and the Dahe village. Conclusion The density of Aedes albopictus in the Dahe village nearby airport was higher than other surveillant regions. It is important to administ the envionment near the airport to control the Dengue fever.
