| 摘 要： | 脉冲震荡法(impulse oscillometry,IOS)是近年来临床开展的一项肺功能测定新技术,其操作简单,快速,敏感性高,重复性较好,配合程度要求低特别适合学龄前儿童。研究重点探讨了IOS国内参考值、临床应用中仍存在的一些疑问及其发展前景。

| Abstract: | Impulse oscillometry （IOS） is a new technique for determination of a pulmonary function in clinical in recent years,and has the advantages of simple operation, rapid, high sensitivity,good repeatability, with degree low demand is especially suitable for preschool children. This paper focuses on the IOS domestic reference value in clinical application, there is still some doubt and its development prospect. |
