消毒供应中心消毒效果评价及质量管理对策分析

目的通过对医疗机构消毒供应中心的高压锅灭菌效果、无菌区空气及医务人员手的卫生学监测,进行消毒效果评价,探讨加强消毒供应中心管理在医院感染控制中的作用,分析管理对策,最终达到控制预防医院感染发生的目的。方法依据《医院消毒卫生标准》GB15982-2012,选取包头市19所二级以上综合医院,于2012年1月~2013年6月每月对消毒供应中心的高压锅灭菌效果、无菌区空气及医务人员手进行卫生学监测和消毒效果评价。结果对消毒供应中心高压锅共采样342份,合格342份,合格率100%;对无菌区空气共采样342份,合格334份,合格率97.66%;对医务人员手共采样342份,合格330份,合格率96.49%。结论为巩固消毒供应中心高压锅灭菌效果,进一步提高无菌区空气和工作人员手消毒合格率,应严格执行医院《消毒供应中心管理规范》、《清洗消毒及灭菌技术操作规范》,通过加强供应室规范化管理,有效控制医院感染的发生。

Disinfection effect of central sterile supply and quality management countermeasures

Objective central sterile supply of medical institutions autoclave sterilization effect, sterile air and the medical staff hand hygiene monitoring, disinfection effect evaluation, explore ways of strengthening central sterile supply management in the role of hospital infection control, analysis and management countermeasures, and ultimately achieve prevention of hospital infection control purposes. Methods based on ＂ hospital disinfection hygiene standards ＂ GB 15982-2012, select two or more Baotou 19 general hospitals, in January 2012 -2013 in June monthly central sterile supply autoclave sterilization effect, sterile air and medical staff hand hygiene monitoring and evaluation of disinfection. Results sampling central sterile supply pressure cooker 342, 342 qualified, qualified rate 100%; pair of sterile air sampling 342, 334 qualified, qualified rate of 97.66%; hands of the medical staffof 342 samples, with a pass 330, with a pass rate of 96.49%. Conclusion To consolidate central sterile supply autoclave sterilization effect, to further improve the sterile area and staff hand disinfection of air passing rate, should strictly enforce the hospital ＂ central sterile supply management practices ＂, ＂ cleaning and disinfection and sterilization technology practices ＂, by strengthening supply room standardized management, effective control of hospital infection.
