| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜、经皮肾镜超声气压弹道碎石术治疗上尿路结石梗阻致急性肾功能衰竭的治疗与护理体会。方法对36例上尿路结石梗阻致急性肾功能衰竭的患者进行综合分析。结果B超、腹部平片(KUB)、CT等检查明确诊断,采取输尿管镜、经皮肾镜超声气压弹道碎石术解除梗阻,全部患者急性肾功能衰竭症状消失或明显减轻,血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)恢复正常或明显降低。结论对上尿路结石梗阻致急性肾功能衰竭的患者及早解除梗阻,做好术前、术后积极的护理配合,是挽救肾功能的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore diagnosis and treatment methods for upper urinary tract stone obstrucrion associated with acute renal failure.Methods 36patients of upper urinary tract stone obstrucrion associated with acute renal failure diagnosis and treatment experience were reviewed.Results The diagnosis was obtained by using ultrasound,KUB,or CT maneuver.They were treated by pneumatic lithotripsy(PL) to remove urinary obstrucrion.Postoperatively most of the patients uremic xymptoms were reduced or dissolved.All patients serum blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr) levels decreased in different degree or return to normal.Conclusion Active nursing care and removing urinary obstrucrion is the criticality to retrieve renal function in the patients of upper urinary tract stone obstrucrion associated with acute renal failure. |
