摘    要:目的探讨分层次带教模式下实施临床教师分层次培训的效果。方法通过筛选并相对固定各层次带教教师、对各层次教师进行针对性教学培训等。结果护生对培训后带教教师及带教质量的满意度及护生的理论、操作技能考核成绩均有明显提高。结论通过对各层次教师针对性教学培训,提高了带教教师的教学能力,提高教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effectiveness of hierarchical teaching mode for layered training among clinical teachers.Methods The teachers were screened and relatively fixed with all levels,and they were trained in terms of teaching according to different levels.Results After training,the teaching quality of teachers,teaching satisfaction and nursing theory and skills assessment results among students were obviously improved.Conclusions It is helpful to improve the teachers' specific teaching ability and the quality of teaching by all levels of training.
