摘    要:本文报告了心室肌细胞分离方法,采用膜片钳技术,成功地记录了细胞膜钾、钙、钠离子流,初步显示背景钾离子通道活性的电压依赖性,钙、钠离子通道活性为电压和时间依赖性,钠离子通道开放速率最快,电压在-30mV。钠离子流达峰电流仅需1ms,其活性也表现电压和时间依赖性。

Abstract:The method of isolating ventricular cells was reported in this paper and currents of potassium, calcium, sodium of cell membranes were recorded successfully with patch-clamp technique. The results indicated that the activity of background potassium channels was voltagedependent, the activity of calcium and sodium channels was voltage-dependent and time-dependent. Open rate of sodium channels was most fast. And sodium current took one millisecond achieving the largest current at — 30mV.
