早期护理干预管理对颅脑损伤患者功能康复的效果评价

目的总结早期护理干预管理对颅脑损伤患者功能康复的效果。方法选择我院收治的颅脑损伤患者96例，随机分为观察组和对照组各48例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在入院当天即进行早期护理干预管理，比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者出院时Barthel指数和Fud—Meyer评定间差异均有统计学意义（x^2值分别为85．12，87．12，P〈0．01）。结论早期护理干预管理有利于促进颅脑损伤患者神经功能康复，降低患者伤残率，改善生活质量。

Early Patients with Severe Head Injury Care Intervention on the Effect of Eunctional Rehabilitation

Objective Application of early care intervention on patients with severe traumatic brain injury rehabilitation effect. Methods Random patients with severe brain injury will be 96 patients divided into two groups and the control group and the control group using conventional care, the observation group in the hospital the same day for early rehabilitation care, the treatment of the two groups will be compared. Results Discharged patients with functional groups, the Observer Group functional recovery significantly better than the control group, Barthel Index and the Fugl - Meyer Assessment dominant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Early intervention is conducive to promoting nursing severe neurological function in patients with traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, the disabled patients with lower rates, improved quality of life.
