烧伤科新护士综合护理能力的培养方法探讨

摘    要:目的探讨烧伤科新护士综合护理能力的培养方法。方法制订培养目标,对未取得护士执业证书的新护士实行导师负责制,采用普通病房、手术室、重症监护病房轮转制进行培训。结果新护士理论知识、操作技能、观察病情能力及急救意识与水平得到提高。结论导师制与轮转制培养方法可提高新护士的综合护理能力。

Abstract:Objectives To explore the training method of comprehensive competence for junior nurses in burn department.Methods The tutor system and rotation system in general ward,operation room and intensive care unit were applied in the training of junior nurses without certificate.Results The junior nurses' theory knowledge,techniques,observing ability of patients' condition and first aid competence were improved obviously.Conclusion The tutor system and rotation training method can improve the comprehensive competence of junior nurses.
