胰腺囊性肿瘤13例临床分析

目的总结胰腺囊性肿瘤(pancreatic cystic neoplasms,PCN)的诊断与治疗体会。方法回顾性分析手术治疗的13例PCN的临床资料。结果术前B超确诊率为61.5%(8/13),CT确诊率为84.6%(11/13),肿瘤切除率为84.0(11/13),术后发生胰漏、切口感染各2例,腹腔感染1例。10例平均随访3.6年,3例死亡,其余均无复发。结论PCN术前定位困难,主要依靠影像学检查与胰腺假性囊肿鉴别。外科手术是PCN的主要治疗手段。

Clinical Analysis of Pancreatic Cystic Neoplasms ( A Report of 30 Cases)

Objective To summarize the experiences of diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cystic neoplasms(PCN).Methods 13 PCN patients underwent surgcial treatment.Results The preoperative diagnosis rate of B-ultrasound and CT was 61.5% and 84.6% respectively.The tumor resection rate was 84.6%.There were 2 of pancreatic fistula,1 of abdominal infection,and 2 of incision infection,then were cured by conservative treatment.10 cases were followed up for average 3.6 years.3 cases died and the others survived without recurrence.Conclusions PCN is located difficultly before operation,and imaging examinations are primary methods to differentiate pancreatic pseudocyst and PCN.Surgical intervention is the dominating therapy.
