鹤壁市1994年与2004年四类食品中霉菌污染状况的比对分析

目的了解四类食品中霉菌污染状况。方法微生物学检验。结果1994年鹤壁市部分食品受霉菌污染严重,阳性率达50%,2004年部分食品霉菌污染状况明显改善,阳性率仅4.3%。但矿泉水的霉菌污染状况的改善不明显。结论食品中霉菌污染状况改善的主要原因是:(1)我国逐步重视食品安全,加强了卫生监督执法和监测力度。(2)对霉菌的深入研究和食品加工工艺的改进。(3)经营者和消费者的卫生意识的不断提高等。

Contrasting and analyzing of the contamination status by the mildew in four species food in 1994 and 2004 in hebi city

After contaminated by the mildew,the food will not only deteroprate but a1so cause food poisoning in hebi city,some food was badly contaminated by the mildew in 1994, positive rate is 50%,the status clearly was improved in 2004,masculine ratiO is 4.3%.But the improvement that the mineral—water was contaminated by the mildew was no obvious.The major causations include:first,our country bit by bit has attached importance to the food safety,reinforced the sanitary monitor and survey;Secondly,in—depth research for the mildew and improvement in food processing technologic;Thirdly,the sanitary consciousness of operators and consumers increased and so on.
