清脑滴丸治疗腔隙性脑梗死的临床观察

目的对清脑滴丸治疗腔隙性脑梗死(简称腔梗)的临床疗效进行初步观察.方法采用前瞻、随机、平行对照的方法,将40例腔梗患者随机分为清脑滴丸加胞二磷胆碱的治疗组和阿司匹林肠溶片加胞二磷胆碱的对照组,各20例.疗效评价指标采用神经功能缺损程度评分和中医临床证候计分法.结果清脑滴丸治疗组在改善中医证候方面具有明显的统计学意义,疗效优于对照组,尤其是对"善忘迟钝、头痛、眩晕、口苦咽干、大便秘结、舌苔黄"这6个症状改善明显,在神经功能缺损程度改善方面和总的临床有效率上与对照组比较无统计学意义,但均具有较明显的作用.结论两组在总体临床疗效上均具有显著的意义,治疗组在改善中医证候方面优于对照组.

Clinical Trial of Qingnao Gutta Pills for Treating Lacunar Infarction

Objective To make an initial observation on the clinical effects of Qingnao Gutta Pills (QGP) on lacunar Infarction (LI). Methods 40 Cases of LI were randomly divided into the QGP treating group (including 20 patients treated with QGP plus cytidine diphosphate choline) and the control group (including 20 patients treated with enteric aspirin tablets plus cytidine diphosphate choline) according to the principles of the prospective, random and parallel controlled studies. The nerve function defect scale and TCM clinical symptoms scale were used to evaluate the treating efficacy. Results Statistically, the QGP treating group showed better improving effects against TCM clinical symptoms, especially against amnesia and torpor, headache, dizziness, oral bitter feeling and dry throat, constipation, and yellow furred tongue, as compared with the control group. Although no statistical significance of the effects against the nerve function defect and of the total clinical effective rate was found in the QGP treating group, the clinical effects of the QGP were markedly manifested, as compared with the effects found in the control group. Conclusion The treatments for both groups have remarkably clinical effects. The treatment for the QGP treating group shows better effects on the TCM clinical symptoms than the treatment for the control group.
