2006~2009年武汉同济医院血液科病房主要病原菌耐药性变迁

摘    要:目的了解武汉同济医院血液科病房2006~2009年主要病原菌耐药性变迁。方法将分离的病原菌采用K-B法进行药敏试验,应用WHONET5.4软件进行数据分析。结果前3位病原菌为凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌。凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌耐药严重。耐甲氧西林的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌和超广谱13内酰胺酶(ESBLs)阳性大肠埃希菌检出率在2006~2008年间呈逐年上升趋势,2009年稍有下降,铜绿假单胞菌2007年后对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、美罗培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦及左旋氧氟沙星的耐药率呈下降趋势。结论凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌是血液科病房主要致病菌;耐甲氧西林的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌和ESBLs(+)大肠埃希菌耐药2006—2008年间呈逐年上升趋势,2009年稍有下降;铜绿假单胞菌2007年后对常用抗生素耐药率呈下降趋势。

Antibiotic resistance vicissitudes of major infection pathogens in hematology ward wuhan Tongji hospital from 2006 to 2009

Abstract:Objective To investigate the antibiotic resistance vicissitudes of major infection pathogens in hematology ward Wuhan Tongji Hospital for recent 4 years. Methods Bacterial susceptibility test was carried out using K-B method. Data were analyzed by WHONET 5.4 software. Results The top there pathogens were Coagulase negative Staphylococcus, Escheriehia eo]i and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Coagulase negative Staphylococcus and Escheriehia coli showed high resistance to antibiotics. The detection rate of MRCNS and ESBLs( + ) Escherichia coil showed a tendency to increase from 2006-2008, but showed a tendency to decrease in 2009. The resistance to antibiotics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed a declined tendency to eepoperazon/sulbactam, meropenem, piperaeillin/tazohactam and levofloxacin after 2007. Conclusiotis The most pathogens were Coagulase negative Staphylococcus, Escheriehia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in hematology ward. The resistance to antibiotics of MRCNS and ESBLs ( + ) Escherichia coli showed a tendency to increase from 2006-2008, but a tendency to decrease in 2009. Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed a declined resistance tendency to routine antibiotics after 2007.
