促血管生成素-2在妇科肿瘤检测中的应用

目的:分别选用Ang-2、CA125、CA19-9和SCC检测妇科肿瘤患者及正常人群,以评估Ang-2在妇科肿瘤检测中的应用价值。方法:对256例妇科肿瘤患者(110例宫颈癌患者、77例卵巢癌患者、41例子宫内膜癌患者、28其它妇科肿瘤患者)和139例正常人群分别以免疫比浊法检测Ang-2,微粒子酶免疫测定法检测SCC,电化学发光法法检测CA125、CA19-9。结果:Ang-2、CA125、CA19-9、SCC在妇科肿瘤患者中的检出率分别为68.0%、43.4%、37.1%和37.5%;在正常人群中的检出率分别为1.4%、10.1%、11.5%和3.6%;其中Ang-2、CA125、CA19-9、SCC在宫颈癌患者中的检出率分别为67.3%、42.7%、39.1%、47.3%;在卵巢癌患者中的检出率分别为70.1%、58.4%、37.7%、31.2%;在子宫内膜癌患者中的检出率分别为68.3%、22.0%、29.3%、26.8%。经过CA125、CA19-9、SCC检测为阴性的卵巢癌患者,宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌患者再进行Ang-2检测,发现Ang-2对其它3种检测指标有很好的互补性,最低互补检出率48.3%。结论:Ang-2作为一种国际公认的实体肿瘤的广谱标志物,它相对于其它标志物在妇科肿瘤患者的早期筛查及临床辅助诊断方面都有着显著的优势,具有重要的临床价值。

Application of angiopoietin-2 in detection of gynecological tumors

Objective:To detect the levels of angiopoietin-2,cancer antigen 125 (CA 125),cancer antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) and squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC) in patients with gynecological tumors and healthy women,evaluate clinical value of angiopoietin-2 in detection of gynecological tumors.Methods:The level of angiopoietin-2 was detected by immunoturbidimetry,the level of SCC was detected by micropartical enzyme immunoassay,the levels of CA125 and CA19-9 were detected by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay in 256 cases with gynecological tumors (110 cases of cervical cancer,77 cases of oophoroma,41 cases of endometrial carcinoma,28 cases of other gynecological tumors) and 139 healthy women.Results:The positive rates of angiopoietin-2,CA125,CA19-9 and SCC in cases with gynecological tumors were 68.0%,43.4%,37.1% and 37.5%,respectively,while in healthy women,the positive rates were 1.4%,10.1%,11.5% and 3.6%,respectively;the positive rates of angiopoietin-2,CA125,CA19-9 and SCC were 67.3%,42.7%,39.1% and 47.3% in cases with cervical cancer,70.1%,58.4%,37.7% and 31.2% in cases with oophoroma,68.3%,22.0%,29.3% and 26.8% in cases with endometrial carcinoma.Cases of cervical cancer,oophoroma and endometrial carcinoma with negative results of CA125,CA19-9 and SCC were detected for angiopoietin-2,the lowermost complementary detection rate was 48.3%.Conclusion:As a broad-spectrum tumor marker,the detection of angiopoietin-2 concentration in serum has significant clinical value in early screening and clinical diagnosis of gynecological tumors.
