205例女性生殖器结核临床分析

目的:探讨女性生殖器结核的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析我院205例女性患者生殖器结核的临床资料。结果:205例患者中,育龄期占83.9%。主要症状为不孕(55.1%)、腹胀(35.6%)、腹痛(32.2%)、月经失调(22.9%)。体征以盆腔包块(52.7%)多见。胸片、血清抗结核抗体等阴性检查结果不能用于排除诊断。入院诊断漏、误诊率为84.4%,正确率仅为15.6%。结论:生殖器结核患者临床表现复杂多样,漏、误诊率高。正规抗结核药物治疗可明显改善除不孕外的其他症状。

Clinical analysis on 205 women with female genital tuberculosis

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of female genital tuberculosis.Methods:Clinical data of 205 women with female genital tuberculosis were analyzed retrospectively.Results:83.9% of the women were in child-bearing period.Primary symptoms were: infertility(55.1%),abdominal distension(35.6%),abdominal pain(32.2%) and menstrual disorder(22.9%).Pelvic mass was the most common sign.Negative results were not diagnostic exclusion criteria,such as thoracic X-ray and serum anti-tuberculosis antibody.The misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate was 84.4%,and the correct diagnosis rate was 15.6%.Conclusion:The misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate of female genital tuberculosis is high because of complicated clinical manifestations.Regular anti-tuberculosis medicine therapy can improve clinical symptoms except for infertility.
